Political Ties was founded by a Nasty Woman who hasn't stopped resisting Agent Orange since he was elected in November 2016. We use our free time for political activism in our local community, attending protests, coordinating donations of goods to the border, and supporting numerous other political efforts wherever and whenever we can.

Political Ties all started with a custom-made tie that the Nasty Woman gave her Bad Hombre. The Bad Hombre started wearing this tie to immigration court as a subtle protest. While the tie was subtle, it caught the attention of some, prompting them to ask - and giving the Bad Hombre an opportunity to start a conversation. And, that's how Political Ties was born.

Our ties and scarves represent so much more than just a chance to cheekily protest in the face of your clueless MAGA-hat-wearing boss. They're a chance to start a dialogue in real life, especially among those who rely mostly on their social media bubble for their "news." Our ties and scarves are designed to catch the eye just enough to prompt someone to ask, "what is that?" How you answer is entirely up to you.

Further, with every purchase of our ties and scarves you are doing so much good. For starters, a portion of every sale goes to support organizations like the ACLU and Planned Parenthood. Additionally, every tie or scarf you buy helps employ a refugee so they can get on their feet here in the USA.
